   Kim was very attentive with extra offerings of biscuits, refill of beverages. Quality lunch time daily offers and asking about desserts..I will definitely visit this location in Brantford once again.

   Great menu choices with speciality side dishes like asparagus and loaded Lobster stuffed potatoes.

   Reservation made for 7:45pm on Valentine's Day. At 7:45pm they were 1 hour behind as they overbooked the restaurant by 25% on what they could take. Approximately 50 people jammed into their foyer. The manager never showed her face once. No one told the crowd that your reservation wasn't being recognized and only you pushing your way to the desk so you could register that you were there was being considered. I didn't know this as I'm 65 and I'm not pushing my way to the desk to ask why people who had 8pm reservations were getting in before me. It's been many years since we were at our Brantford location, and we are reminded why. The facts I have stated above were told to me by the young inexperienced girl at the front desk. Finally...got a seat with my wife. Wecordered drinks...sorry we don't have those. Wow. We sent back my wife's steak 3 times and the waiter stood there each time to verify and watch her cut into her very well done steaks. She had a couple butterfly shrimp and we came home.

   From the time we got there to our waitress the service was great. Foodwas good. Everything on my plate including appetizers was good. Only complaint was crab legs were just warm. Everything else was hot.

   We had an excellent evening to end 2024. It had been years since we were last in and exceeded our expectations. Our server was exceptional (I really wish we caught her name), attentive, friendly and did an excellent job selling us a bottle of wine, which complimented our meal/evening perfectly. Food was great, came out in a timely manner and delicious. Drinks were superb. Highly recommend the mocha espresso martini. Kudos to all. Especially our server. We will be back sooner than later.

    Excellent food, excellent service and a great time as always - very attentive and friendly staff. Feels like a different vibe all around at the Brantford location then the Mississauga location which I’ve been attending every New Years Eve for the past 20 years with a group of family & friends
