Requested an additional place-setting as we were short one. Never got it. Ordered a salad as a side -- never got it. Why doesn't the product come out of the kitchen looking like the photos on the menu?

We were there for spring graduation. It was very busy. We had 5 people and were put in a booth out of the way. In one sense it was nice but our drinks were not refilled as needed because we were out of the way and our waitress was over worked. The food was good.

Red Lobster is always a fun spot to go for casual family get togethers. I wish the menu items we presented as well in person as the menu photos ;)
