   Reservations at 7:45 pm and finally seated at 8:40 pm after hostels said it would just be a minute. Food took forever and came out cold and very dry. Terrible experience for a $100 dinner!!

   The restaurant was obviously short staffed, as multiple tables around us were never filled during our time and our waitress only came by when she absolutely had to-to take our order, bring food & drinks, and bring our bill. We never saw her in between and we had to ask another wait staff to bring the tools necessary for my son to eat his meal-no one thought to bring the cracker or crab fork out with his meal.

   We waited 25 minutes despite having a reservation. Another 10 minutes passed before our server was at our table to get drink/appetizer orders. Then another nearly 10 minutes for the drinks to actually come (not bar drinks). The restaurant also only had 3 sets of crackers for crab legs (so not enough for most customers) but did not tell customers this until after the crab arrived at the table. Our food was very good though

   It has been a year since I have been at Red Lobster. I was disappointed when my grandson requested a sample of Lobster Bisque and was told that was not possible because it was not prepared in the kitchen but was individually sealed and had to be heated. So much for freshly prepared.

   Horrible experience. For a Friday evening the restaurant was not busy and it took over an hour to get our food. Server was not very attentive and it was also a challenge getting the bill. We won’t be back, at least to this location. I think I understand now why they were so slow on a night that should have been busy.

    Food was as expected for a Red Lobster. My problem was, when we arrived they did not have our name on the waitlist although we had used Open Table to put our name in 3 hours in advance. The host said we should call, that Open Table doesn't work for them! Only 2 of us and we waited almost 30 minutes even though they weren't very busy. A family of five walked in and said: "we called an hour ago - family of 5", the host sat them right away. So, if you want to go to Red Lobster, call, don't use Open Table.
