   Hogan was our server and he was GREAT!! Our 7:00 reservation didn’t get seated until 7:45. The hostess staff stated all tables were sat and they were behind. In actuality there was 16 open tables and more than 60 people in the front lobby. There was zero urgency, managers just walked around with tablets instead of busing tables and working with the crowd to get everyone set. Worst dining experience I’ve ever had or witnessed from a restaurant servicing prospective.

   For the price, which we expected to be higher, the food was less than average. We are long time customers of red lobster and usually go for special occasions. This visit was very disappointing. Not worth the price paid. Not saying we won’t be back but it will be a long time before we return. Thank you.

   Excellent restaurant! Open Table option is great as we only waited maybe 10 minutes after we arrived. Food was good and prepared just as we ordered. Service was very good. Attentive but not pushy. Would recommend this restaurant!

   Server was told we were being seated in his section as the hostess walked us to the table. After waiting about 10 minutes, the hostess and manager had to take our order. The server did eventually come to our table and apologize for not introducing himself when we were seated. Yet he walked away without introducing himself.

   We used the Open Table “Not a reservation reservation” and it was worthless. We were still put in line behind everyone waiting. What’s the point? Food was great, restaurant was clean, server was adequate.

   Lady in lobby was very rude. Checked in and took more 30 minutes to be seated. Lady talked very argumentative and inconsiderate. She was s horrible representative for the restaurant. Would never dine there again because of her attitude.
