Made a reservation for dinner 1 hr 30 minutes before our theatre show. We were seated on time and ordered a bottle of wine with our meal. After an hour, we had finished the wine, but our food still hadn’t arrived. We asked the server if our food would arrive in the next 5 minutes and were told no. We explained that we had to leave and asked for a check for the wine. She came back and said the manager wouldn’t charge us for the wine. She then explained that the manager directed the kitchen to focus on the carry out orders instead of those dining in. The server was also frustrated, as that directly affects table turnaround and tips.

We had family lunch for Christmas and everything was excellent. Our service was great and the food was very tasty

Got wrong food item was delivered. It took 15 to 20 to get the broccoli I had ordered. It was entered wrong by waitress. We could see it on our bill.

My second time at this Red Lobster though I Iive on the west coast! First time, during caucuses, and this time for a sports camp. Both times, super nice servers and good service and they do a great job with lobster. This time had whole steamed lobster and lobster tail and steak. Steak was okay but they did a fantastic job with the lobster and the whole lobster was great, good texture, fresh, and excellent and better than some swankier restaurants. Ambiance is a Red Lobster but the food was good and a good value. Thanks Iowa!
