Our Thanksgiving dinner at Red Lobster was nice. The food was very good and the waiter was good.

Although Open Table did not assure us of a reservation, we were seated within 5 minutes of our arrival on a very bust pre-Christmas evening. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and exactly to the liking of everyone in our dinner party.

"SAM" was our server. She was excellent, in all aspects. She was very courteous, efficient and a pleasure to communicate with. The food was excellent. What else can I say. We had a great dining experience.

Overall, our meal was very good, as usual (hot, fresh, ample quantities). We were, however, a bit disappointed in the quality of the one order of Walt's Shrimp; it was soggy, sad, and greasy--which is unusual. The Walt's shrimp that came with the Admiral's Feast was fine, but the order that came with the "choose your own combo" was not very appealing looking or tasting. Not having the option for a regular, fresh, side salad was disappointing, too, but the waitress offered romaine lettuce w/cheese and croutons with choice of dressing, so that was okay. The service was great and always is. It was a nice birthday celebration for my adult son!
