   Our waitress was very nice and friendly. Boston cranberry tea and coffee excellent. The coconut shrimp and shrimp scampi were good. Some items were not as good; the mashed potato side was bland and could have included a pat of butter or something to add flavor.

   The food was just okay and we were ignored by the waitress who didn’t even bring us a glass of water until we complained after 5 minutes. In the meantime, she waited on customers without a reservation who were seated after us at a nearby table.

   The food was very good. Although I thought my lobster tail was rather small. The service was good. They were very busy on a Friday night and our order was confused with another. But it was straightened out quickly. Overall, it was good.

   Food was delicious, especially Coconut Shrimp lunch entrees. our waitress Norene was fantastic - she did a great job.

   You really cant go wrong with red lobster if you like seafood. Great nightly specials, since everyone has raised the prices dramatically since covid, it is still nice to get a bit of a price break!

   The biscuits were tough. They didn't have a regular salad - had to settle for romaine lettuce with regular dressing. I had shrimp with linguini. Apparently Red Lobster does not provide a twirling spoon unless you ask. The only diet soft drink available was diet Pepsi - how about getting some diet Dew or other diet drinks. Service was barely average. Just because you are wearing masks is no reason not to smile. Smiles are visible in the eyes and tone of voice also. I used to love Red Lobster, now it is just average. The snow and ice removal in the parking lot was very poor.

    We went for the Lobsterfest menu, which was extensive but on the pricey side for about half of the items listed. My wife had the Lobster Lover's dream (regular and rock lobster and linguini with shrimp mixed in). It was far too much food for her, and most of the linguini came home. I had the surf-and-turf -- small lobster tail and a 7 oz. sirloin. The steak was excellent, the lobster was good but would have been better if the waitstaff had either pulled in out of the shell for me, or provided a lobster fork so I could do it. I added the Norwegian mashed potatoes (lobster chunks mixed in) but it wasn't worth the $4 add-on charge -- the lobster taste got lost amid the potatoes. Our waitcreature provided good and fairly quick service once she was told by the manager that we were at one of her tables. The manager apologized profusely for the 8-10 minute delay on getting us started and comp'd us a dessert to take home.
