   The cost of dinner for 4 adults was significant but given the overall experience, it was worth it. We can't afford to go there as often as I'd like but the Calgary Trail Red Lobster will always be our 1st choice. The food is excellent but the staff and the overall ambience are even better.

   Service and food were great. Waitress made extra effort to bring ice cream with a candle in it for recognition of a birthday. We really appreciated it.

   The swrvice was very poor, never offered drink refills, no refills on biscuits. Had to ask a kitchen server for drinks when they brought our meal. The server brought the shell cracker and crab utensils just before i finished my meal, i am glad they did not put on the mandatory 18% tip or i would have argued that for sure. As we were a table of six i disagree with the mandatory tip as they thonk they dont have to work for it. Certainly gave the smaller table way more attention. Likely would not go back due to thw service. Food was good though, no complaints there.

   It’s our 4th time to dine here at Red Lobster. They never fail to satisfy us. The food was hot and freshly cooked. Serving sizes were of decent amount. The lady server was very friendly and accommodating. She made sure we got our order right and checked us all the time if we’re doing okay. I recommend this restaurant for great food quality and good service.

   Excellent experience at Red Lobster! We made a reservation for Valentine’s Day and when we arrived it was packed! It was so full we actually had to wait by the doors. While we waited a waiter came around and offered everyone a napkin and fresh cheddar buns! I was really impressed! Despite how busy it was they got us in and seated in only 10 minutes! Our waiter was fantastic and our drinks and food came in excellent timing! The food as always was super delicious!! We had a fantastic night from start to finish! Highly recommended!

   It was Valentine’s Day, so we expected it to be busy. the wait times were up to an hour and 20 minutes if you were without a reservation. We showed up for our 6:15 time and basically got in right away with a nice table in the corner where it wasn’t too noisy. But I was amazed how many people were there last night. The parking lots were difficult to get in and out of just based on how many people were there. The food came out relatively quickly. Service was awesome. It made for a great experience. Thank you Red lobster for a great night!

    The food was amazing and fresh! John was our server and was fabulous! It was very busy for valentines but our food still came out hot and quickly! All the staff were friendly and accommodating!
