   fresh lobster and trout were awful - we'll never go again. Lobster was really tough must have been old. Trout tasted very fish and must have been way past its prime. Sent both back.

   Everything was delicious. Only complaint was that this Red Lobster ran out of broccoli around 6:00 p.m.

   Great server - I believe her name is Keieli. Flounder was very over done and just hit with a lot of season salt. I ordered a baked potato that didn’t arrive until well after I finished my meal. It was still undercooked. After not arriving with my meal, I was told that they were not ready and would be out quickly. Not delivered until we questioned the manager after I finished my main meal and it still took at least ten minutes after that. The salad was just pale iceberg and pale pink tomatoes and grated cheese. It was an upgraded charge for a side choice. Not happy with anything. Our server was very congenial and tried very hard to make it work.

   Shopping with friends from out of town. We don’t have a red lobster in Durango. You could tell they were short staffed but they were very attentive there were a lot of empty tables because I didn’t have enough wait staff. I feel bad for restaurants right now

   Staff and service was great and friendly. Cocktail not do good. Martini’s I don’t think he knows how to make but he was friendly. Food is always good.

   We used the waitlist and it worked well for our group. We were sat promptly and our waitress was attentive as well as the other wait staff. Food was well prepared and had a nice presentation.
