   Party of 10. Surf and Turf- lobster chewy and steak was hockey puck dry/hard. Asked for medium and it was beyond well done. Salad was wilted. Coconut shrimp, were over fried. Other persons fish and chips were cold. Just an overall bad experience for holiday lunch with the family

   Red Lobster was open on Christmas Day, so I made reservations on Open Door and was able to get a reservation last minute. Had the grilled salmon with broccoli and baked potato. My husband had the steak and lobster special. Food tasted great! Service was awesome! I would definitely go back there again.

   Since it was Christmas it was very busy. The staff were very friendly and the food was good.

   The Ultimate Feast with two lobster tails was so good! The bartender did forget the gold glitter in my Snow Globe martini, but it was still yummy. Our waiter was really good. The host was especially friendly and even hauled out a lobster so I could touch it. He told me they spit when they are mad, who knew!? I was disappointed that at two days after Thanksgiving there were still absolutely no holiday decorations. Hopefully they will put them up this week.

   food is good but plate is too small overloaded, french fry put on top of other foods make them soggy

   Restaurant was very dead when we got there ordered the all you can eat Shrimp. Service was very poor.The wait for shrimp was long. Tried the new dragon shrimp. The dish was good, but the sauce was almost nonexistent.  Overall, the experience was very poor for $100 dinner out. Won’t be back

    Seated quickly waiters very friendly probably overworked and underpaid. Service was slow, probably doing the best they could. Food was great servers friendly
