One of the busiest days for a date night, but I didn’t expect the restaurant to tell us that our reservation was not in the system. Ended up waiting 30 minutes to be seated. Service was as expected for busy night, food was good.

I'm grateful I made reservations for Christmas day knowing few places were open. The restaurant was jam-packed, stating a 90 minute wait time for those without reservations. The abbreviated staff was always kind and patient dealing with such a big crowd. Our waiter Michael was top notch in his service. My kids and I had a great experience at Red Lobster Flagstaff on Christmas night.

The restaurant was busy on a Saturday for lunch, so the food was very slow to come to us from the kitchen. Our server, Michael, was very busy but did his best to keep us updated on the progress of our food. The new shrimp meals, crispy dragon shrimp and shrimp rangoon, were disappointing.

The female host said to us, Open Table is an off, off brand reservation site that no one uses. You didn’t really have a reservation here but we’re going to seat you anyway because we aren’t busy. I almost walked out then. Our server was nice. The food is crap. Shrimp over fried. Pasta undercooked and left sitting too long. We’re done with Red Lobster!
