   All of the seafood was overcooked after waiting 25 mins after my reservation time. my server was great but the hosts and management seemed unprepared and overwhelmed by the valentines day rush

   We got there at 6:00 for our 6:15 reservation but they were so unorganized we didn't get seated till 6:45. Instead of seating the people who had common sense to make a reservation on a holiday, they trying to seat people without reservation first. What is the use of offering reservations if you're not going to uphold the reservation time? Don't get me wrong, 5 mins, maybe 10 mins after your time is exceptable, but not 30 minutes.    I had a reservation with Open Table and showed up and was told that they don't honor Open Table reservations and next time I should call. I will not be using Open Table for this restaurant going forward.

   When I arrived at 2:45 pm I check in and the young man said we was early so we had to wait till 3:00 pm I said ok and sat down in the waiting area. A little after 3:00 pm I went to the hostess desk and ask why several people walked in off the street was taken back to their tables and we had an open table reservation for 3:00 pm and the young lady at th3 desk told me they were not taking any reservations on Mother’s Day. But in about 10 minutes we was taken to our table..

   Got the wrong steak (was still tasty but not what I ordered) Manager adjusted the bill to reflect the cheaper steak. Everything was very good and our waitress was GREAT!
