   Seemed very disorganized and seemed like everyone was kind of frustrated. Service was very slow. It took over 25 minutes just to get our drinks. But food was really good.

   My parents enjoyed a delicious seafood dinner experience for Valentine’s Day. They had originally planned to go to Texas de Brazil, but my dad’s work schedule conflicted with their reservation time. Their next choice was Red Lobster so I made a reservation. They enjoyed catfish, shrimp, lobster, and all the trimmings!! The ambience in the restaurant was soft and comfortable, and the service was great. They thoroughly appreciated all the love they received on Valentine’s Day.

   We had the best waiter, who was interactive, but not hovering. The food was great, and we love, love, love those biscuits they bring out!

   after 20 minutes of sitting at the table, no waiter or waitress. No drinks. There were 6 staff just standing around joking the whole time. Started to get up to leave and some staff member said we will get your drinks. 5 Minutes later as she was still standing around, we decided to leave. This place is a joke.

   This location very likely has management issues. A mostly empty restaurant on a Saturday and you are still told you have to wait 20 minutes to be seated. This is 30 minutes after we had put our names on the list via Open Table. It took the hostess a full 5+ mins to appear. We were seen by no fewer than six waitstaff and not a single one acknowledged us. When the hostess finally did arrive, we told her we were canceling our reservation/removing our name. It’s really sad to see how low this location has fallen.

   We had a wonderful experience at Red Lobster. There is such teamwork there and it felt like we were very looked after.

    The waiter was nice but we had to wait a very long time for some drinks and our main meal. Unfortunately for the price isn’t wasn’t worth what it was. The biscuits were great but the main entirees were slightly on the cooler side with hard shrimp.
