   The waiter was overwhelmed. It didn’t look like they had enough help. We waited at least 45 minutes to get our main course. There was another group that came in about the same time we did. They didn’t even get their menus till 20 minutes after they sat down the restaurant definitely definitely has a problem

   We ate here for valentine's day after not being at this restaurant for several years. The food, drinks, and service were just as good as we remember! So much that we plan on making g red lobster a part of our date night rotation! Thank you also to our server Jack, who was very pleasant and checked in frequently.

   The meals came too late and incomplete. The drink we ordered was not served, but the money was requested. It was very cold inside and everyone had to sit in their coats.

   Jennifer at the bar, was amazing! Super kind and great memory! Server, Jack, was nice and balanced multiple tables. Busy day, so minor order hiccups, but understandable. Just wish the restaurant would get a face-lift! Things were dusty, carpet and bathrooms need a major do-over!

   service was so so slow that was only complaint, great food and improved salad. Prices have defintely gone up higher than expected

   We have enjoyed Red Lobster's for years. Uncle Walt's fried shrimp and cheese biscuits can't be beat. Our waiter, Tennessee, was terrific. We were waited on quickly, and he checked on us often.

    We had an excellent server. It was excruciating trying to get a table. The restaurant was about 20% full. We showed up ten minutes early and watched in amazement as the front person/manager struggled to find us a table for 25 minutes. Kitchen was also very slow. Given all of this, we asked for some of the game pads and those not in use seemed broken. All that being said, food was ok. Both boys enjoyed very good fried shrimp and the biscuits did not disappoint. They also did a very good job with sides and salads. It seems that management needs a more hands on approach here. Had my boys not had their hearts set on Red Lobster, I would have moved to a neighboring restaurant given our lack of service at the front for the first 25 minutes. Plus, the lobster tank was empty during Lobsterfest. Not a good look.
