   Had reservations a month in advance. Got several notices from them insuring them we’d be there. Arrived right at 6:30 and were seated back in a dark empty room. Got drinks, placed order and waited for an hour before we were acknowledged again. Asked the server about order and she said there was a big party in the back and they were short handed. She had no idea when we would get food. We got up to leave when the manager came over, I asked that the drinks be complimentary. He agreed and we all left $5.00 for the server. Before we left he came back and took the drink tab out of the servers tip($40.00). Certainly not the servers fault. We will never go back.

   We were greeted by a polite young hostess, and seated promptly. We didn’t wait long before our friendly waitress took our orders. The food was cooked as ordered and was exceptional. This dining experience was excellent and I highly recommend this restaurant.

   I made reservations thru opens door for 9/30/23 at 7pm for 2. Red lobster did not have our reservation! Had to wait 45 minutes- we eventually just left!

   The filet mignon and sirloin were awful. Wasn’t cooked properly and the grade of meet was poor. The waitress didn’t come by during our meal to ask if everything was ok. Poor customer service. Will not patronize again.

   From Alaska, visiting my sister. Haven’t been to Red Lobster in years, so thought it might be a nice treat for my daughter. We had Caesar salads, that the lettuce could have been a little fresher, Fish and Chips and Stuffed Mushrooms. Other than the salad, everything was good.

    Food was typical RL, perfectly fine. Server was very nice. They were out of oysters and, the really odd thing was, our server told us they did not have, nor were they going to have, decaf coffee. Said they were no longer going to serve it. That’s ridiculous!
