Traveling through from Gulf Shores to Missouri. Best Red Lobster experience ever! Unfortunately I think it was due to COVID status. The restaurant was quiet due to small number of patrons and seating accommodating social distancing. Food was great. Service was a little slow but again, probably understaffed.

Terrible experience. Had a 6:30 reservation and waited 30 minutes to be seated with a reservation and the restaurant was only 1/3 busy. Waited another 30 minutes after being seated to be greeted by a server who never came. We decided to leave.
