   We had a great experience. Our server Shannon was amazing! Very attentive! The manager Patsy, was super nice and came by to see how everything was. We’ll definitely be back. Hats off to the chef for preparing such great dishes 😋

   Valentines Night reservation and the place was beyond packed. Lively waiting area. Finally got seated and the whole meal went smoothly with great food and pleasant and knowledgeable service. Our favorite Red Lobster, this restaurant always serves delicious food and they always get it right. We will be back soon!

   Reservation was made but had to wait 30mins to be seated. Once seated it took 20mins to get bread or drinks. No popcorn shrimp again. This is the 4th time visit in a row that they didn’t have popcorn shrimp. That’s a managerial problem.

   Our server was put out of this world, great!! On top of everything and always had a smile on her face. Glasses never got empty, and as soon as a dirty plate was on the table not being used, it was immediately removed.

   I had a reservations @6:30 and still had to wait over an hour to be seated. What’s the point of making a reservation if you are still going to wait that long.

   There was no reason to even use open door for this restaurant. It wasn’t even recognized my family waited an hour and a half after our reservation time to be seated the customer service was so horrible, and they totally left the hostess under the bus to the point that the young lady busted out in tears grabbed her purse and went home.

   Terrible service. Took 45 minutes for food to come out. Had to ask at least 4 times to get silverware and refills.

    Always great good at Red Lobster. The shrimp taco were very hood. A great addition to the menu. Had fast friendly service.Will return soon
