Our server was super friendly however never really followed up during the meal. We actually didn’t get some of our sides with the meals and waited 10 min before seeing our server to say so. To top it off we ordered options that were bottomless however it’s convenient that the server never came around to allow us to order more. Food was good tasting that we did receive but overall was very disappointed and manager was apparently too busy to speak with a customer. However during the hour we were in the restaurant I never once saw a manager and the tables were half empty so busy seems a stretch. More like too lazy or uncaring to see what a customer wants. All in all complete waste of my money.

Great waitress . She told me about the bairdi crab. It was fantastic. My mom has the shrimp and scallop skewers that she loved. We had tons cnn of food and were completely stuffed. Can’t wait to go back!

All five of us were pleased with our meal quality and taste. Our server was very friendly, personable and took good care of us. We expected a crowd but found a light amount of diners so our experience was very pleasant except our table was under a speaker and the music was too loud and annoying at first.

First visit to a Red Lobster. Had previously read reviews saying they had received poor/slow service. We used the Open Table as we had two parties joining from different communities. We were seated in a timely manner; we had a two year old in the party that the staff made feel comfortable for our two hour dinner engagement. The food was served with all meals perfectly prepared both in flavor and appearance. The waiter staff bent over backwards to ensure a tremendous dining experience. We will definitely be returning!

Initially the service was a little slow but once she got to us the service was fine. My wife wanted lobster so we stopped at Red Lobster. We haven't been to Red Lobster for several years. The food was really good! She had two lobster tails (one baked and one grilled). Both were very good but she said the spices sort of overpowered the baked one. I had shrimp and lobster tacos along with a beer. They were great! Along with a couple of biscuits it was a good filling meal. While not the most impressive place to eat the food was very good and service was pretty good.
