   Our waitress was excellent. We ordered shrimp fettuccine, two Maine lobster tails and Walt’s shrimp. I couldn’t even eat the lobster tail, it was mushy and had a weird taste. I ate two of the shrimp, :( . The person I was with said the seafood fettuccine just didn’t taste good. I also ordered a cup of lobster bisque to take over for my husband that smelt sour when I got home so I threw it in the garbage. But the cheddar biscuits were delicious. I will never return and that waitress needs to find a job in a great restaurant because that’s where she belongs. It cost me $170 with tip for cheddar biscuits.

   Thank you for not only being open on Christmas, but for treating us with the upmost hospitality. We are glad to be able to have a memorable meal at Red Lobster before you are all officially gone.

   We were greeted when the doors opened by manager Latrice who was bright and cheerful wishing everyone a merry Christmas! What a great way to start a meal our waiter Alex was attentive, friendly, and proactive!!

   Our server was super friendly however never really followed up during the meal. We actually didn’t get some of our sides with the meals and waited 10 min before seeing our server to say so. To top it off we ordered options that were bottomless however it’s convenient that the server never came around to allow us to order more. Food was good tasting that we did receive but overall was very disappointed and manager was apparently too busy to speak with a customer. However during the hour we were in the restaurant I never once saw a manager and the tables were half empty so busy seems a stretch. More like too lazy or uncaring to see what a customer wants. All in all complete waste of my money.

   Great waitress . She told me about the bairdi crab. It was fantastic. My mom has the shrimp and scallop skewers that she loved. We had tons cnn of food and were completely stuffed. Can’t wait to go back!

   All five of us were pleased with our meal quality and taste. Our server was very friendly, personable and took good care of us. We expected a crowd but found a light amount of diners so our experience was very pleasant except our table was under a speaker and the music was too loud and annoying at first.
