   We were seated promptly, and our drink order was taken right away. The lobster roll was delicious and of course the biscuits were warm and also delicious. Our waitress was very nice and friendly.

   The food did not disappoint. The cheddar biscuits did not seem to have the depth of flavor I always loved, but were still very good. A bit disappointed in waitress as it took quite a time for her to check if we were ready to order. I am concerned seeing a commercial for a $20 shrimp special, and having it explained that "we always have that." Would return for sure, just would order per the physical menu as is.

   Red Lobster could not accomodate our reservation so we had to wait 30 minutes !! They were going to pull their restaurant off Open Table. The young children we had with us were not amused.

   Lori, our server was great. She is very professional and was so pleasant and always smiling. The food was excellent with the exception of the lobster which was overcooked and a bit rubbery. It can be forgiven as errors can happen during busy times.

   Every thing was great. I have one suggestion. I find your rewards very hard to access. You should study how Target sets up their rewards as I find them the easiest. I do shop because of rewards.

   The bartenders were the best part of this outing. Server was ok but seemed to be there only because she had to. Food was good but I’ve had better here before. Ran out of baked potatoes. Menu way less than in the past
