Red Lobster could not accomodate our reservation so we had to wait 30 minutes !! They were going to pull their restaurant off Open Table. The young children we had with us were not amused.

Lori, our server was great. She is very professional and was so pleasant and always smiling. The food was excellent with the exception of the lobster which was overcooked and a bit rubbery. It can be forgiven as errors can happen during busy times.

Every thing was great. I have one suggestion. I find your rewards very hard to access. You should study how Target sets up their rewards as I find them the easiest. I do shop because of rewards.

The bartenders were the best part of this outing. Server was ok but seemed to be there only because she had to. Food was good but I’ve had better here before. Ran out of baked potatoes. Menu way less than in the past

Food and service was really good. But don't bother booking on Open Table. They don't acknowledge your priority seating through the app. But you still get your points if you do

Food was satisfactory-nothing to say “wow “ about. Best and most flavorful food of whole dinner were the garlic biscuits! Could eat those all day long.

We used OpenTable to get priority seating since this restaurant doesn’t take reservations. We arrived on time but we’re told the wait would be 30 to 40 minutes even though we had priority seating. There were lots of unoccupied tables and it was clear that the restaurant was short staffed. I don’t like that the restaurant is making its customers wait extra long because they’re not willing to pay a market wage to attract quality staff. I’d be happy to pay more for service and food if I knew that the staff are paid fairly. The server we eventually got was friendly and effective.
