   It was my birthday, my favorite item is coconut shrimp, their loaded bake potato and ceacer salad. Marion Il.Red Lobster is z great place to eat.

   I utilized open table for a 6 PM reservation, got there right at 5:55, at 6:45 we were finally being sat at our table. It was another 35 minutes before the wait staff came and took our drink order. We waited for approximately 50 minutes to get our food delivered after ordering I realize it was a busy Friday night however, what is the point of using OpenTable if you still have to wait 45–50 minutes for a table. Would not recommend utilizing open table for this restaurant, would recommend planning for at least 40–50 minutes wait. The food, however, was very good, hot with serve to the table, overall was a good experience, other than the waiting, and I’m not recognizing the open table reservation status.

   The food was excellent, the service was good, has been better before. Our waitress was busy with other customers and seemed to forget about us. We had to ask for butter that was suppose to come with the lobster we ordered. The waitress didn’t even ask us if we wanted any dessert. We were celebrating our 37th anniversary and we weren’t very happy with the service. It seems when there are a lot of people eating out here the service drops. Hope the service gets better, we love to eat here. Thanks for listening. Tom H.

   The service was excellent and the food was excellent,I would recommend red lobster in marion Il to anyone.they got us right in and the wait for our meal was minimal. The waitress took care of us like a pro.thank you for making our visit on my birthday wonderful. Sincerely Thomas H.
