   On Valentine's Day, it was clear that they were completely overwhelmed. I appreciated how hard they worked to get my son and me seated on time. Our server, caught in the whirlwind of a large party of ten right beside us, was doing her very best to manage the situation. Despite the chaos, she consistently apologized for the wait, showing genuine concern for our experience. She was not only pleasant but also did an exceptional job taking our orders and thoughtfully explaining the menu. When the food arrived, it was fantastic; my son absolutely adored his crab legs and potatoes. It warmed my heart to see the manager come by to check on us and even bring my cocktail while our server was focused on the challenging group next door. Unfortunately, I can't recall her name, but I remember she wore a lovely light blue bow in her hair and handled everything with such professionalism and grace, especially on such a busy night. Her effort didn't go unnoticed, and it truly made our experience special.

   This establishment does not honor open table priority seating. They seated several parties that arrived after we did, including two big parties. I know they did not have a previous reservation because I was seating close to the hostess and could hear the conversations as people came in. After waiting for a long time I approached the hostess and asked how long the wait time would be and why were they seating parties that arrived after we did, especially since I requested a table through my app before we left the house and headed over to the restaurant. She said call ahead through open table does not count until we actually get to the restaurant, I questioned why do you let people request a table through open table if you are not going to put them on the wait list until they get there, that is pointless. We use the app so that at a minimum we would be able to save some waiting time. I don't expect to be seated right away, but I expect that I at least will be on the way list the moment I placed my reservation. If I am not there when they call my name then that's my fault, but I was there before the requested time and they were seating people that arrived after I did. She said they don't honor call ahead seating on weekends. Very disappointed.
