   We had a terrible experience at this restaurant this evening . We waited more than an hour and 15 minutes and we were only served drinks. None of the waiters would provide refills even after asking. After waiting for more than an hour and 15 minutes, we did not receive our meals. Host Elijah did not offer any kind of assistance or apology. He simply stated they were short staffed and the present staff was new and in training. He said they could not handle the volume.

   Once we walked in the front door the hostess was off seating a family, but a young male server greeted us with a warm smile and said the hostess would be right with us. The hostess immediately came and seated us in our booth. The server immediately welcomed us and took our appetizer and drink order. The food was all in good pace and taste was right on point. The food, service and atmosphere was outstanding.

   No attention to detail from servers. Found plastic in food. Overall experience was fair. Manager gave a discount for issues we encountered.

   If I could have more stars I give Amanda the waitress 10 stars. She was nice, helpful and very professional. We are planning the next visit soon.

    Dinner was delicious, me and my bf decided to go to red lobster because I usted to LOVE going there and I haven’t been in so long. I was pleasantly surprised with the food it was AMAZING and very affordable. Angie was fantastic very sweet and attentive made sure everything was ok at all times.
