From a dirty diaper in the parking lot, the homeless guy sitting at the bench at the front door to them not having any of the beers on the menu to the dirty glasses they served us made us leave a tip and walked out before we even ordered anything. It was my first, and last time that I will ever go near a Red Lobster

Sat in the bar ware ordered the crab boil. Service was good and food was good as well.

I normally stick to the shrimp. I decided to try the seafood boil . That was a big mistake. If they used the same seasoning they put on the scampi it would’ve been good. But the just poured some minced garlic and melted butter. The crabs didn’t taste fresh and they were out of bags so the put in a plate. I didn’t get what I paid for. What a disappointment for my birthday. If I go back I will definitely stick with my shrimp scampi.

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant this evening . We waited more than an hour and 15 minutes and we were only served drinks. None of the waiters would provide refills even after asking. After waiting for more than an hour and 15 minutes, we did not receive our meals. Host Elijah did not offer any kind of assistance or apology. He simply stated they were short staffed and the present staff was new and in training. He said they could not handle the volume.

Once we walked in the front door the hostess was off seating a family, but a young male server greeted us with a warm smile and said the hostess would be right with us. The hostess immediately came and seated us in our booth. The server immediately welcomed us and took our appetizer and drink order. The food was all in good pace and taste was right on point. The food, service and atmosphere was outstanding.

No attention to detail from servers. Found plastic in food. Overall experience was fair. Manager gave a discount for issues we encountered.
