The call ahead seating feature offered by open table worked well. Food is good but not great, best part of the evening was Laura, a very upbeat and friendly server who was genuinely caring and helpful to all of us.

You are incorrect as I did make it to red lobster. They took us right in as it was not crowded and did not ask about open table.

Overall a pleasant experience, but some of our food was overcooked and dry. Many choices on menu for entrees. Biscuits are very good and came out freshly made.

One of the best Red Lobster Restaurants anywhere. Great Service. Excellent Food. Some of the Entrees are Over-Priced but there are Specials. Excellent Location.

Enjoyed a nice dinner in celebration of my son’s birthday. Food was a little pricey for lobster fest. Service from Troy was outstanding. He made our evening enjoyable!

This is one of the best Red Lobsters in the United States and certainly the best in New York State. Delicious Food cooked hot, friendly service, and spacious areas to eat. Good for Families and Friends to Get Together.
