    We made reservations here for 7:45pm on Valentine’s Day. We arrived on time and it was a mad house. People looked angry. Upon arriving, we checked in with the hostess, who was standing next to another host, who was taking care of two angry women who have been waiting apparently for over 90 minutes, and when they heard me checking in, they were angry because we were about to be seated? We weren’t even sure, but I asked what was going on. The hostess and host were trying their best, but everyone in the lobby was hungry and angry. I assessed the room and asked the hostess if they were able to accommodate us and honor our reservation. She then said that they have tables open, but the issue was the kitchen was backed up almost 2 hours.  I really wanted Red Lobster for dinner, but sadly given the circumstances and gravity of the situation, it was best that we relinquish our place and reservation, and we just head to Hooters across the street, and 20 minutes later, we were eating. This is not how we wanted to spend Valentine’s Day. You guys have to do better. This is not how it should be.

    The food was good but the service was ridiculously slow we came in there already knowing what we were ordering and ended up at a nearly 3 hour dinner which is ridiculous I've dined a red lobsters many times but this was crazy.

    We arrived as the staff was finishing up with two large parties. The service was slow due to a lack of servers. After a long wait, we were able to order and the food we ordered came out on time. The dishes were very good. We'll be back.

    The restaurant was a bit on the cool side. Our server was very attentive and followed all procedures to keep us safe. The food was great. We'll definitely return in the future.

    We had a great experience. Food was delicious. It wasn't crowded at all which is bad but it was definitely due to the Coronovirus scare because it normally has always been very busy. We had the best waitress, Tracy B. is always so pleasant and efficient. Your drinks are always replenished without asking. She makes recommendations which I like. She is the best we have ever had wait on us at this location.
