everything was pretty good except the lobster. didn’t see much of our waitress, though.

The restaurant was short-staffed on Mother’s Day therefore, causing wait times to be longer than usual. Once seated our waitperson TERRI, was absolutely delightful and a joy to have wait our table. The food was delicious. I recommend this Red Lobster restaurant.

We made reservations for opening and we’re basically one of the first parties sat and we waited about 5 minutes . The server we had was wonderful, unfortunately whoever was in the kitchen was not on their game. I order a filet steak and was served old meat, and on top of that i was served a sirloin instead of a filet. I was sick for 2 days after eating the steak. My father had to reorder the same side dish 3 times before it actually came out, even after the server went back 2 times to remind them, and we ended up having to take it home in a togo container because it didn’t come out til we were done eating. The restrooms were also not the cleanest.. Service staff are great, however whomever is in charge of supervising the kitchen and inventory definitely needs to step up their game. And all of this on MOTHER’S DAY !!

I was among a party of 12 people. The service by our waitresses were wonderful! They were knowledgeable regarding the menu and patiently answered questions about food options. Also, the food was delicious, especially their cheddar garlic biscuits.

Absolutely horrible experience!! Our food took 1 hour and 20 minutes to come out! They were so understaffed. Dirty tables everywhere, servers running around like crazy, empty tables but lots of people waiting. Between when we got our drinks, and when the food came out, the server did not check on us at all. I finally flagged down a manager and she checked on our food. It came out two minutes later. Our Lobsters and steak were slightly warm. The crab legs were cold! Disgustingly cold. It was awful. The best “food” was the biscuit. Never again.

Had reservations, it didn’t matter. They still couldn’t set you at a table within time was told there will be wait(1 hour later). Decided not to eat there went across the street to Cowboys Brazilian steakhouse, excellent place to eat.

We had 6 pm reservations and it took us 3 hrs to eat. I understand it was a Friday and Valentine’s Day. The place was packed. I feel they shouldn’t have taken reservation or saved a table for us. We had a fantastic waitress name Victoria. She wasn’t even our waitress but seen that we were sitting for a long time and took our order. She did ask first to make sure it was ok. She was very attentive and made our time very pleasant. She was a 100 star rating.
