   Service was extremely slow even though our area wasn’t crowded. My husband received his drink shortly after ordering. My drink came 30 minutes later. However food was good but cold.

   This was probably the worse experience that we have had on a restaurant. Waiting for our food took forever! Most important my wife if gluten and dairy free. We made that clear and it was understood. The food came out incorrectly with butter. Then had to wait longer and waited for the lobster, steak and potato, which then all came at separate times and in individual plates. Not acceptable to not pay attention to important items like this

   good food, the service was amazing... but I ordered a lobster plate, with 2 lobsters pieces... one was amazing and the other one was small and was regular... the plate wasn't equal to the picture in the menu... but was a good experience.

   Booked for anniversary, was greeted with Happy Anniversary all good - seated and drinks order taken , no draft beer only bottles , had to ask for a glass , didn’t get any biscuits we had to ask , when we got the biscuits we weren’t given plates and had to use our napkins , food order was taken and delivered short , had to ask for the additional paid for side - food was excellent and saved the day

   Awfully. Service and food weren’t good. It took time, didn’t clean the table, orders came separately.

   First in first serve They don’t care about Open table reservation. They just put you in a list. We were the earlier and we have to wait about 30 minutes.

    Do not go there with Open Table. They state they do not care about Open Table. Made us wait over 20 min while letting in other guests who came later. Dwight was rude and unprofessional, told he didn’t know about OT and would not welcome their reservations. Lobster tail was too small for the price and did not appear fresh. Waiter was good, but at the end check was overpriced, especially taking into consideration initial spoiled impression. This was not our first time to this RL location, but far the worst. Service is going down, new menu is way worse than before…
