   food took forever flies were flying around the table, and I got place at a table that had dirty napkins underneath it

   Unacceptable situation!!!! We arrive at our exact reservation time (7pm) to heard the guy at the reception say us that we will have 45 minutes wait!! For information the exact same answer he gave to a lady in front of me without a reservation!!! Then I visited the dining room while waiting and I discover that the restaurant was at 65% empty!!! What a joke!!! After 30 minutes waiting with any information from nobody we decided to find an other restaurant, and you know what!? They sit us on table in less than 5 minutes!!! THERE IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH WHO MANAGE THIS RESTAURANT!!! I will think twice before returning there or in one this restaurant chain….

   Although the server was friendly service was horrible. 15 minutes for server to come to the table, 20 more minutes for drinks to arrive, 30 more minutes for food to come and 1 of the dishes took 50 minutes. On top of that food was very average! Never going back!

   My experience was horrible. After being seated for 15 - 20 minutes, I had to ask if anyone is going to come to our table. After another 5 mins, I had to ask again. Someone eventually came. She was very pleasant and took our order. After the order was placed. Our drinks, took more than an hour. I had to go over to the bar to get the drinks myself. One of the appetizers came, with the dinner. My granddaughter ordered 2 ice cream, one with raspberry and one with caramel. One was brought with the two toppings. Jus horrible service. It got even worse. I ask to speak with the manager. There was no empathy, no real apology. Instead, she blamed the server. Just horrible

   Our server, Elizabeth was fantastic! We were there for the unlimited shrimp. Food was honestly delicious, service outstanding. We were seated upon arrival and it continued staying positive throughout. Jacki

   Overall Very Disappointing. We were seated within 5 minutes which was great. The rest of the experience was not. Our server was very nice and polite, but was training by herself. Food took over an hour to come out and was COLD! Lots of items were not delivered and she had to be reminded constantly. Still never received a few of the items. Lots of employees standing around not doing much and the restaurant was maybe 25% full.

   Johan was amazing! He not only provided excellent service but had an amazing attitude. Also, this location passed out family photos. Which made it even more special.

    We made reservations and didn’t get seated for abt 35 min after. We waited 40 to get drinks and water and 1:27 min before our food. The food however did have good taste but not worth 2hrs wait. The server was apologetic but nothing she could do. Restaurant was not busy but staff was not willing to work seems like everyone has a “that’s not my job” attitude
