   We had to leave after over an hour waiting for our food as we had small children and it was almost 930PM. Horrible experience. They also did not want to honor our reservation when we arrived.

   Took 1 and a half hours to get our food and never got it. Our waitress came to the table at the beginning of us dining then didn’t come back had to find the manager ourselves to get any help.

   Great experience ! Our server, Erin, was personable, knowledgeable about the food and the menu. She checked back several times to make sure everything was ok. The food was outstanding ! The salmon New Orleans and the brussel sprouts were prepared to perfection !

   Overall we had a fair experience . The food was good. Our waiter Lamar was very nice but had too many tables which made the service very slow. We had somewhere to go and had to take our desserts to go as we had already been there for 1 1/2 hours.

   Food was good but ability to keep items in stock is poor. This is twice we've been to try the new shrimp. First time they didn't have either one. This time they didn't have the shrimp ragoon. They were also out of the coconut shrimp. We ordered cheesecake and she had to check because they were out the day before. They had it. They seem under staffed like many other restaurants but don't have the teM work down so you get timely refills on beverages and shrimp.

   Endless shrimp takes forever. Put in 2nd request with initial order and it took longer than the 3rd request. Food was warm and not hot even though plates were hot.

    I ate at the one on west broad street the food was fresh, hot, and delicious.
