   When we got there they told us they were closed because they didn’t have power although the TVs were on. A heads up would’ve been nice.

   Waited an hour for our table because apparently a reservation made on OpenTable the same day is not a reservation but a call ahead. Once seated waited another hour for our food, our entire dinner at Red Lobster took two and a half hours. Would not recommend this location or making reservations through OpenTable with them.

   We were not seated until half an hour after the reservation we made, which was frustrating. However, everything after that it was brilliant.

   The food was good. Place seems to not have enough employees for the amount of customers. We barely saw our waitress and it took longer than normal just to get our drinks, waited a good 10 min after finishing eating before we even could find her in sight to flag her down for our check…. We like the food but we’re disappointed with the service.

   Short wait even with reservation. Food delicious, wait staff courteous and efficient, ambience good. Not too much noise even in the bar where we sat!

   Reservation for 7pm, wasn’t seated till 8:20. Reservation was useless. Once seated waitress was new, food was just ok. Had the brussell sprouts and had to send back, the toppings and sauce were missing. Husband had the Rock lobster and butter was missing. I had Walt’s Shrimp, but they forgot cocktail sauce. This is one of our favorite restaurants but service has gone downhill.

   Was rated pretty promptly. Took a minute for our server to approach us. She was a little forgetful but very nice. Food was delightful.

    Even though we had an open table reservation, we had to wait 25 minutes AND they sat a couple (just 2 of us too) that walked in after us with no reservations, before us. I saw this happen and asked, and the hostess argued with me that they were there before us. NOT, I watched them follow me in and was standing there when they gave her their name, said they would sit in their car u til their table was ready. We had a drink at the bar. The bartender was great. Finally gout our table, the waiter forgot about our appetizer, didn’t really need it anyway, he took it off the bill. The food was very average, but let’s agree red Lobster is an average restaurant. We left and said, well….I could wait another 10 years before I do that again!!!
