   Upon arrival I was told that even though I made a reservation through the open table app, the red lobster restaurant doesn’t take reservations. So I arrived at my 4:30 reservation at 4:15 and wasn’t seated til about 5:15. Took the bartender about a half hour to Make my drink. The waitress was very good though.

   Nia, our server, was extremely attentive, answered all questions, and her meal recommendation was fantastic! You have a great employee in Nia and would go back to have her as our server.

   Beer tap broken no beer. No chicken dishes except cessers salad. Waitress stressed and slow. Too many tables for each waitress. Back and side room very chilly. Food got cold fast.

   Lobster tails were of surprisingly good quality and firmness for the money. Apps were delicious and brought out within about 7 mins of ordering. Super busy bartender (where we were seated) still paid us plenty of attention and moved plates quickly so we had plenty of room to feed our fat faces, which is why she got the $40 cash tip. Really a better experience than you'd think at any big chain purporting to serve higher end food. Not a DiNardos or Devon Grill but surprisingly good for the money and ideal for bigger parties.

    We made a reservation and they didn’t seat us because they said they was closed even though open table allowed us to make it.
