    I’m really glad that Red Lobster is back again and better than ever. Every dish we had was delicious. The service was a bit slow at first but definitely picked up. We were in no rush and that didn’t bother us. I’m on a carb break now but when it’s time to enjoy such food, I will be back. Thank you.

    This red lobster is a shadow of what the experience used to be. The prices are up, way up, The service was exceptionally poor, we had to wait 15 minutes for our drinks, over a half an hour for our soup, then over 45 minutes for main courses. We were given nothing but lame excuses each time, “the kitchen ran out of soup and had to make fresh“ which is all well and good, but then they didn’t run out of the fish. Can’t imagine going back. They wanted us to sign up for the Frequent dining program so we could get free appetizers on our next visit. In order to get appetizers by our next visit we probably would’ve needed to order them today. Oh yeah, and they did away with the free salads. Just no reason to go back anymore

    Seated fairly quick but no one came to our table. Waited 25 minutes while watching all tables around us which were seated after get drinks and appetizers. Asked to be moved waited another 10 minutes didn't get moved or waited on so we left.

    The waitress tried to talk me out of ordering the dish I wanted by telling me it was raw. Despite pushing back, she insisted, so I ordered something different. Then I decided to check with other staff and they informed her she was mistaken, but she said the person preparing the food that day makes it raw. The point of going to a chain restaurant is consistency. The meal shouldn’t vary depending on who is cooking. This location always does something in the system which makes it seem that I did not honor my opentable commitment. It’s frustrating to have to prove it each time.

    Always been my favorite restaurant. Hated that the waitress I liked had to leave and we got stuck with a waiter who moved like a turtle.

    This location needs to have the rugs and upholstery clean. When you enter there's a stench throughout the whole restaurant. Flies were plentiful and the bathrooms were nasty. I've had better experiences at this location.
