   Despite having 7:45 reservations on Valentine’s Day for 2, Red Lobster was turning down any service to those coming in. Their kitchen was so backed up they could not seat anyone regardless of reservations or not. The service desk did not have any idea of how long it would be so we just left and hoped to find another place to eat on Valentine’s Day

   need better management. wouldve waited 1 hour for dinner last night with a reservation made weeks ago. they dont care about the experience . they care about money & how many tables they can fit in each night. awful awful. dont ever come here for any special occasion.

   One star is far to close to five stars. 6:15pm reservation and seated at 7:00pm. Food was ordered right away as we could sense the disorganization and it took 1 hour and 6 minutes for the food…and it was cold. Server gone for long periods of time and honestly not there fault but wow was the overall experience bad. Never again and should have known better. Finally, the place is really dirty. The booth we sat in was bad and we watched two families pack it in and leave after waiting so long for their food. Absolutely poor leadership.

   Delicious ! Took my bf for his bday and he was soooo pleased . I don’t eat seafood n I was soo l pleased with my Parmesan crusted chicken !! Overall sooo good

   The waiter totally ignored us. But in his defense, he looked pretty busy. We got the main course and had to ask where our appetizer was. It never came out. They did take it off the bill. I ordered a lobster tail and it was just lukewarm and the butter was not hot. Just not a good experience.👎🏼

    Very refreshing, chilled Caesar salads. Always love cheddar bay bisquits. Our fave NE clam chowder. Hubby enjoyed twin lobster tails. I tried new cheddar bay shrimp.Large portions. Everything was good.
