   Limited menu, but excellent choices. The salmon dip was amazing! Our waiter, Joe, was friendly and very helpful! The views are incredible!

   This was my third night in a row eating here. The other 2 nights were great experiences. This night was bad in nearly every way. The hostess, who I later learned was the manager (JD), was dismissive and unfriendly upon check-in. I had a 5:45pm reservation but showed up at 5:30pm, 15 minutes early. JD (the manager, unbeknownst to me at the time, and the hostess for the time being) told me curtly that she couldn't seat me until 5:45pm. She sternly directed me to sit in the waiting area. (The restaurant was fairly empty. I think they weren't staffed properly for the number of customers who reserved that evening.) I said in a pleasant manner, "Oh. Tonight's process is different. I was a bit early the prior 2 nights, and each time the host sat me." She just sternly looked at me and said, "Okay," with not another word or action. I asked if I had to get back in the long line in 13 minutes to be re-seated or if I could just come up to the hostess table at 5:45pm. She evasively gave me a non-answer, like gaslighting. I ordered soup and salad from a sweet female server, but the couple at the table next to me insisted I join them -- so I did. I think that their server (Joe) and the sweet female server did not coordinate who was to take care of me at the other couple's table. Joe completely ignored me while I was seated there. The sweet female server didn't stop by until about an hour later, with the check. I ordered the white bean and chicken stew, which is what I had the night before when it was delicious! But this night, it tasted and looked like shredded BEEF, and it was in BEEF _BROTH_ (not stew), and there was not a white bean to be found! It was NOTHING LIKE the stew I had the night before under the same name! I do not eat red meat. The soup tasted TERRIBLE with its (canned ?) beef broth. When Joe came to check on the other couple, I asked if this was the right stew. He dismissively said only, "There are 2 soups. That's not tomato soup, so it's the other soup." Rude.

   Food was excellent. We both had trout which was great. Dessert was great as well. Service excellent and wonderful scenery

   My wife and I ate three breakfasts and three dinners over three days at the Red Rock Grill. Food was good and reasonably priced. Wait staff was friendly. Only complaint is the restaurant was very understaffed. We waited over 30 minutes past our reservation time the first evening to be seated. Service was slow all six times we visited the restaurant.

   They placed us at a table next to all very loud kids. Did not appreciate that but the food was excellent. Had trouble knowing how to release water bottle opener but got help from a restaurant attendant & waitress.

   Menu is fairly limited and at 6:30pm they were out of steak (one of the 5 main entrees). We had the herb roasted chicken and it was tasty. Restaurant is loud, especially with large family groups. Seems they were restricting capacity due to staffing, there were plenty of empty tables. Our server was pleasant but a bit elusive.
