    Overall we had a nice time. We were disappointed that there was no valet, even though the website and sign says there is. Also, it was mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday, but nothing was done about it from our server.

    We dined here for NYE . Seated promptly and greeted quickly. Ordered filet and prime ribeye. Initially brought out undercooked from our doneness request . The staff immediately had it taken back to be cooked further. When brought back the steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly. We also had the au gratin potatoes which were very good. Overall food, wine and service were excellent!

    Waiter Beau J was great, biggest issue was the lack of valet parking (it was raining). Food was awesome.

    It looked like a catering company our tables folded up which would be fine if my food didn’t cost $100. The service was so slow and the food was just ok. I don’t like to bash places but this was pretty bad

    This was a very amazing experience. The food was awesome and tasted delicious. We enjoyed the CAB Filet Mignon +lobster tail. Both were cooked perfectly. We had crab cakes which our least favorite, but still good. The wedge salad was delicious and we also had the Au gratin potatoes. The potatoes were not my favorite, but my wife loved them. Please note I have never liked them my entire life. The doughnuts with dipping sauce was also worth it as well. We will be back

    Horrible customer service. The host, the waiter Nathan and the other lady wearing all black were horrible to my party. Hostess was rude and not accommodating. It took the waiter forever to finally come to my table. When we asked the young lady wearing all black didn’t catch her name about where our waiter was she wasn’t helpful either. Kept saying oh he knows he’ll be over. Why do we have to wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged. It wasn’t busy. Then they lied and said they had a large party who reserved a table we asked for because we had a big party but that party showed up as we were leaving. They were horrible last night. The host has a horrible attitude. Wouldn’t recommend spending your money there. Mind you we had reservations so it wasn’t like we just showed up expecting anything but they weren’t helpful or kind either.

    We celebrated our anniversary at Red because I wanted to celebrate at an upscale restaurant. I previously heard good things about the cuisine. We have lived in Cleveland all our lives and never had dinner there. So, I made reservations and let me tell you that our meals were spectacular! Our Filet Mignons were amazing. The Lobster Tail was succulent. We also enjoyed the cocktails we chose from an extensive selection. Highly recommend Red the Steakhouse.

    If you have a gift card, don’t waste your time. We had a gift card valued at $125. Waiter threw it away bc the steakhouse was bought out a few years back and said we can’t use it. Nothing was done about that. We were out $125. Food was good and service was okay. I know we would never go back after the experience we had.
