   We ate in the Library, and it was utterly lovely. Loved the dining playlist too -- quiet music is an important part of the experience. I had the Shrimp and Grits, and it was the best I've ever tasted. A lovely experience on every level.

   My husband and I enjoyed a lovely experience in this very old authentic southern house. I had the catfish for the very first time. I definitely am a fan of the taste. My husband had the pork ribeye which was very meaty. The ambience and server were the exact mix of southern hospitality.

   What a delightful, memorable dining experience... one we will not forget. We were seated in the library a very quiet location. The food filet (for me) and chichen (for my husband) was fabulous.

   Great, quiet place. Attentive service. Beautiful surroundings and lovely jazz music playing in the background. Food was very decent and enjoyable. Reflective of what is popular in the south.

   First time visit. Seated in the Library. Food and service were excellent. Really enjoyed the ambiance of a small and quiet area. Asparagus soup and seafood chowder, along with the chicken piccata, and the evening special, lamb chops were well prepared and presented. Service was good but not intrusive.

   We loved every part of this experience. The setting and atmosphere were unique and peace. The food was incredible… one of the best meals we’ve ever enjoyed. I’d read the reviews about being able to cut their filet with just a fork, so I put that to the test and ordered the filet. It was the best steak I’ve ever had, and indeed could be cut with just my fork. My husband had the Special of MahiMahi and loved it. Sides of mashed potatoes/gravy and creamed spinach were perfect, too. My husband had cheesecake for dessert and enjoyed it, and I had the bonzo cake (chocolate heaven in my mouth). It was incredible. We LOVED this place and will absolutely be back!

    Nicest place to eat in Vicksburg. Steak was cooked perfectly, shrimp and grits were very good. My wife had the Mahi Mahi- and I ate it too lol- it was very good also.
