   Malheureusement mes attentes n’ont pas été atteinte Hamburger et frites on aurait dit nourriture de cafetería. Assiette laisser à désirer. Froid Feuille de laitue fanée. McDonald offre de la laitue fraîche. Sans exagération. Pour 29$ c’est comme si mon hamburger aurait été lancé dans l’assiette. Et sans parler des pâtes à la grecque, assiette ordinaire, fade ne vaut pas le prix En terminant pour un Fairmont nous avons reçu repas de cafétéria

   Did not honour OpenTable reservation (ours several other guests who were their reservation on the phone. Had us wait in line with everybody else, then had us wait some more standing inside (with our toddler of 2 who was getting agitated). When asked whether we could order from the menu or if it was buffet only, the waiter answered today was brunch (showing the buffet), only to be seen later serving a la carte to the table next to ours. Staff was visibly overwhelmed and uninformed as to reservations policy (staff at the door had to go ask). Furniture and paint were worn out. Finally, not the hotel's fault, but the clientele wasn't what I expected. While some guests made an effort, a majority was very much underdressed (I wouldn't leave the house like that). We were staying at le Germain and went to the Fairmount to see what was on offer and it has been the low point of our long weekend.

   Tres froid dans le restaurant. Même que certaines personnes avaient des couvertures. Très désagréables de passer un moment et toujours avoir froid

   La nourriture et le service étaient excellents. Toutefois le coût de certains items m’ont semblé excessifs. Par exemple un thé à 6$ pour accompagner un dessert et aucun vin à moins de 69$

    Treated like cattle. Long wait to be seated despite a reservation. Table was almost in corridor next to the waiters service station. Felt like a table in the staff area. Asked to change table and were treated as if asking the world. Decor like a service station. Wine prices laughably expensive. Food was perfectly good but really not what you’d expect in a high end hotel. Very poor experience. avoid
