   An elegant dinner in a beautiful dining room. The staff could not have been more attentive and the presentation of each course was like fine art. Little touches-such as two flavors of salted butter for the sour dough bread and an extensive menu of teas to finish the meal- elevated the experience to a memorable meal. The red wine poached pear, filled with chocolate ganache, was fantastic and the pear sorbet that accompanied it was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten.

   Not enough wait staff meant long wais to get drinks and order food. Food was creative, bread was delicious, but vegetarian entrees taste was unremarkable and honestly, not that good … especially for the price.

   Accueil chaleureux et amical. Félicitations au chef Alexandre Vachon qui s’est surpassé en ce début d’année. Son gigot d’agneau était particulièrement succulent. Le service était assuré avec professionnalisme et grande gentillesse. Vraiment, un endroit incontournable pour bien célébrer le Jour de l’An.
