   Excellent Easter brunch. Felicitation Chef for the lamb cooked with fresh herbs. And the rest of the buffet too. Great experience at Manoir Richelieu!! 🙂

   Loin du standard attendu. Tout d’abord, nous avions demandé une table près de la fenêtre — nous nous sommes retrouvés collés contre un mur. L’ambiance en a immédiatement pâti. Le buffet, quant à lui, était d’une pauvreté étonnante pour un établissement de ce standing : aucun croissant, aucune baguette, des œufs bénédictines aux jaunes complètement cuits, du bacon précuit et froid, et des desserts à l’allure d’un buffet de resort bas de gamme. Le tout manquait de fraîcheur, de soin, et surtout… de présence humaine. La majorité des employés semblaient absents ou peu concernés, à l’exception d’un grand serveur à lunettes — remarquable d’efficacité et de gentillesse — et d’une jeune femme française au fond de la salle, qui offrait un excellent service. En tant que clients réguliers qui apprécient profondément ce lieu, nous avons été peinés de vivre une telle expérience. Ce brunch n’était pas digne d’un Fairmont, et certainement pas du prix demandé

   My family and I dined at Restaurant Le Saint-Laurent while staying at the Manoir Richelieu. Our waiter was fabulous, very accommodating and friendly. The food was delicious & the cocktails divine. The wine list was extensive and the view superb! All in all a lovely dinner in a lovely setting, highly recommend.

    We did not get the table requested with the reservation. The menu was changed before service, with less variables (choice and price range). Wine ordered on list not available, we were offered outragous options.
