Die Speisen im Macionga Restaurant & Weinbar sind unsere Lieblingsgerichte, aus den verschiedensten Regionen, die mit meist aus saisonalen und regionalen Produkten interpretiert werden. Die Basis und das Handwerk unserer Küche sind die französische Küche. Die Aromen Welt, in der wir uns bewegen, hingegen grenzenlos. Alle Speisen, die wir ihnen servieren, sind durch den täglichen kreativen Austausch entstanden. Unsere Gerichte werden sensibel kreiert, mit Zeit und vollster Passion . Es geht in unserer Küche nichts über den Geschmack. Schnickschnack hat auf unseren Tellern nichts zu suchen.
Der Starsommelier und Weinkreateur André MACIONGA hat mit dem sterneerfahrenen Spitzenkoch Christopher WECKER einen kongenialen Partner und Küchenchef gefunden. Maciongas berühmt berüchtigte wine pairings, seine Erfahrung des Cuvetierens eigener Weine in Zusammenarbeit mit deutschen, französischen und spanischen Weingütern, bilden dazu die Perfektion und den Hochgenuss an Weinbegleitung.

    Exzellent wines, wonderful food and very kind and competent service. Unfortunately the portions are very small. And under the low ceilings it gets very loud, especially at the end of the evening when everyone had two or three wines.

    sehr gute kleinere Speisen und ein grandioses Frikassee mit Trüffel, leider sind die Preise für ein Glas Wein unangemessen teuer (14,- je 0,1l!!), was den Gesamteindruck schmälert

    Wirklich nettes Ambiente, Service hervorragend aber kühl distanziert. Das Essen ist sterneverdächtig angerichtet, aber die Portionen sind wirklich winzig für den Preis den man zahlt. Einfach zu teuer.
