In 1993, Toqué! opened featuring local produce: a showcase for Quebec's terroir and its suppliers. The ongoing contributions of these artisans is no less important today. We have them to thank for foie gras de canard or salicornia; lamb of heirloom vegetables; seafood or fine herbs. These tireless farmers, foragers and fishermen inspire Toqué!'s cuisine, on which they bestow tastes, textures and natural aromas and unparalleled freshness.

    Fabulous start to finish. Each plate a masterpiece. Service was impecable. Steaks soft and flavorful, duck fabulous and fish outstanding. A true star in Montreal.

    Excellent restaurant, service impeccable, présentation des vins très détaillée, les accords sont très bien sélectionnés. C'est extrêmement dispendieux en comparaison avec d'autres restaurants similaires. On comprends que les ingredients sont soigneusement choisis (bar du Nouveau-Brunswick, truite de Montbello, doré du lac Érié, etc.). Cependant, basé sur moultes expériences vécues ailleurs, le prix ne semble pas justifié. C'était dans notre "bucket list", c'est fait, nous en sommes ravis, mais ce sera la seule fois.

    Restaurant looks a bit dated and serves more mature crowd. Service was impeccable. Food was very good. Drinks were small but good. There is a lot of new restaurants around and Toque should up their game a bit.
