   Good restaurant, food is on the high end, service was excellent. Ambience still requires a little refinement though some areas like the table on the cellar was totally fine. The spaces are not intended for a cosy or quiet dinner.

   Dinner started good with a warm welcome, allergies check, and nice amuse-bouche. Unfortunately, food quality degraded over the course of the evening and service became slower as well. We expected more from a restaurant situated in a Ritz-Carlton.

   Food fine. Service pathetic. Waited 90 minutes for starters to appear. Waiter was good and apologetic. Kitchen clearly in chaos.

   The service and food were excellent. The sommelier went to great strides to get us the best wine for our meal. This was a great value a great dinner.

   For Rita Carlton I expected excellent service. Everything was extremely slow, including wine and water service. 1.5 hours for dinner with long stretches without food/drink. Our waiter was working hard, but he was the only person waiting on the tables (supported by others bringing food and beverages). It was very warm inside even though I assume the Ritz has AC. Food was good.

    Hemos ido muchas veces Realmente fue un infierno el calor El bufet estuvo mucho más bajo en calidad y repetición comparado a otras oportunidades y el servicio muy lento para traer bebidas y platos a la orden Uno de mis invitados nunca le trajeron los huecos benedicitos que pedimos 4 veces Ojalá mejoren Era un excelente lugar para ir en familia y a celebrar ocasiones
