    The tasting menus at Icu showcase the flavors of Mexico in a gourmet but very accessible way. The wine pairings are so great in exemplifying the variety and quality of Mexican wines which are outstanding. The service here is flawless every time with both Darwin and Ana giving impeccable care. We love ICU!

    El servicio asume cosas, y eso le hace errar. El servicio sigue un libreto y no escucha, se equivoca. Hay pobreza en atención y desperdicio en cuidado de la experiencia. Es un lugar para lo que despectivamente se denomina “gringos”, en otros términos es una trampa de turistas.

    Everything about the meal was exceptional except the meager poor of wine that was presented (by the glass for $450).

    As a chef, I am always looking for new and creative dining experiences and this was certainly one of them. Icu is located in the romantica zone a couple of blocks up from the beach. The room is very unique with two very large mango trees growing up through the ceiling. I found it hard to find a menu on-line but I was sold by the pictures of the food. The night we were there, they only offered tasting menus, a 5, 7 or 9 courses. We selected the 7 courses with the pairing. The food was highly creative, extremely well prepared and delicious. Our servers were outstanding explaining each course in detail as well as explaining the beverage pairing. We have eaten at all the highly rated restaurants in PV and for us, this was the most creative meal we have had. Plan on spending some time for this meal, we ended up spending two hours and we didn't want it to end. Highly recommended.

    We had the 9 course meal and it was FANTASTIC! They accommodated allergy restrictions with ease. Highly recommend!
