As it is new, people will have mixed impressions but ours was excellent. We had the most delightful lunch on New Years Day. Easy to get reservation on OT. Great service, all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Delicious food, and surroundings. All at reasonable prices.

Everything was great.Only disappointment was that requested outside over a week ago and was seated inside.Have been there twice since the opening.Glad to have them in the neighborhood.They have a customer in me.

We waited over 20 minutes at our table with ZERO ACKNOWLEDGMENT. No water, drinks, or “we’ll be right with you.” We sat there for 20 minutes and left. Rude and obnoxious. We will never recommend or visit again.

Always nice to visit another RH Restaurant. Montecito does not disappoint. Food good, nothing unique or special, Rose Spritz was my favorite.

Setting is very elegant and intimate. Service is missing out on some opportunities to upsell and provide a more elevated experience and food was served cold. No follow up on our dinner experience which made us feel not valued. For the menu prices there should be more care about the overall experience, even more so for a big brand like RH. It has potential to be an amazing dinner experience but it’s still not there yet.

Two new restaurants in Montecito we've tried, Clark's and Firehouse. Clark's had outstanding food but was so loud, between people hard surfaces and the music, that we couldn't hear each other across the table. RH Firehouse is atmospheric, very good food, excellent although limited wine list (corkage very reasonable 25$), personable professional service and we could have a nice romantic conversation without shouting or having to communicate via AirPods. In a word: perfect.
