   My recent visit to RH Rooftop Restaurant at RH Jacksonville was nothing short of exceptional, particularly when it came to their fried chicken sandwich, broiled salmon, and truffle fries. Each dish showcased a perfect balance of flavor, presentation, and quality. The fried chicken sandwich was a standout. The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. Paired with fresh toppings and a soft, toasted bun, it was a satisfying and flavorful experience. The broiled salmon was equally impressive. Cooked to perfection, it had a delicate, flaky texture and was complemented by a subtle honey-black pepper glaze that added just the right amount of sweetness and spice. The accompanying seasonal vegetables were fresh and vibrant, rounding out the dish beautifully. And then there were the truffle fries—an absolute must-try. Crispy, golden, and infused with the rich aroma of truffle oil, they were the perfect indulgence.    Made a reservation two weeks prior for 1:45 arrived on time told it would be a 25 min wait , we did not get seated till 2:45. A hour wait and we had a baby with us. The meal was good appetizers came out great but waiting for the meal was again another 50 mins we left as soon as everyone finished which was 4:30. The atmosphere was very nice. But I have never had to wait an hour to be seated when a reservation was made?

   I realize that it was a holiday but this was a very poor experience for the value. Should not have been this excessive. We had a 1:15 reservation. We were sat around 2:00. We did not get our food until around 3:00. Our bill at 3:48. We were offered a free dessert for the length of time of it all. It all would have been better had the service not been just mediocre. My daughter is a server and I was one in college so I feel we’re very understanding but the service could have been much better. My daughter’s soda wasn’t refilled until after our food came. The food was fine. Bacon was excellent. Wish they wouldn’t have sprinkled tiny scallions over EVERYTHING. I HATE ONIONS and it was impossible to remove them and there was no way I was sending the food back given how long the food took initially.

   You will wait even if you have a reservation, the foof takes forever to come out, and the food is overpriced. If you do not mind spending three hours (with no alcohol) and have nowhere else to go, then dine with them. The outdoor seating area for drinks is beautiful.

   Avery modern/elegant dining experience. Best to go when not too busy. When busy, time from order to delivery to table is a little long. Support staff as great. Especially Tanya worked very hard to accommodate 4 when the original reservation was 2 when she was called Saturday afternoon. For Easter Sunday I know that was a task.

   Went for Easter Brunch, ambience gorgeous. Food definitely mediocre for the prices. Check was $329 for 5 people, sandwiches, burgers, breakfast plate was cold. Concept is spot on, just need to step up food quality.

    Isaac, our server, as well as the rest of the staff, made sure our time spent at RH Rooftop was enjoyable and memorable! The place was packed for Easter Sunday but we never felt rushed. Each course was beautifully presented and delicious. Service was impeccable and we all loved the ambiance of the restaurant. Wonderful place and we are fortunate to have RH Rooftop in Jax! Many thanks, Isaac! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
