   The dining experience was wonderful. But the natzis downstairs in the 1st floor lobby harassed us because we were trying to get a nice photo at the bottom of the stairs before we left and we weren’t in the gallery area, which was closed. The gentleman up stairs said we could take a couple of photos once we made it down stairs and we were immediately met with rude employees as we tried to snap a picture with my grandma and we were quickly disturbed and basically shoved out of the lobby area. Paid all that money for the ambiance and experience and we couldn’t even have a second to get a family photo without being told “we have the right to refuse service” which was very uncomfortable, unnecessary, and frustrating to say the least.

   Delightful experience all around!!! Service, patio, view, the food—lobster roll, truffle Fries are our favorite! We were all sad when our dining experience was over.

   All the other reviews are pretty much right the ambience is what makes this restaurant. The food is OK but not compared to the price. There is a lot of better restaurants in Jacksonville if you’re looking for a fine dining experience.

   Cool vibes but small portions and mediocre service. They were accommodating for birthday celebration though.

   We made a reservation for a birthday celebration for my partner. We arrived and were seated right away at a nice table by the window. The menu is very limited and the portions are insanely small. I ordered the charred ribeye that went for 60 dollars. It. And out already cut into slices on a cold piece of wood. It was almost inedible! The potato puréed was cold and runny. My partner had the salmon which was cold and not very flavorful. The broccolini was probably the best item we had that evening. Our server only came to our table once to check on us and I had to ask for a box and the check. Our meal for two with tip came to 180.00 and that was with no alcoholic beverages just lemon water. They forgot it was my partners birthday and didn’t even bring out the cookie with the candle like they did the party next to us. I talked to the manger and he seemed as if he could care a less. He gave us his card and said he hopes we visit again. I will never go back to this overpriced establishment!! It was the worst dining experience I have had in a long time!! Longhorn would have blown this place out of the water! Never again!!

   Amazing minus the randoms taking pics. Not rh fault. They kept telling them to leave but they didn’t listen.
