   Excellent choice for a fun, relaxed meal. Incredible venue and service! Tremendous food as well. The only drawback is it can be quite loud.

   Nice space but that’s about it. Completely mediocre experience otherwise. Food is overpriced for what it is, but it’s Palo Alto, so that’s par for the course.

   The Food is nothing special and very expensive. You are paying for the views. The hamburger at $24 was not even tasty! 2 very thin patties that can only be cooked at medium or well done. The Grilled shrimp salad was better. I would go back for cocktails on a warm evening and enjoy the patio.

   Fabulous food and setting. Noise level was very loud. Hoping the noise level will be less in the summer when the doors are open.

   Unfortunately our experience was not good. One of the servers was cleaning our table and was handling our plates and cutlery in a gross manor. He literally was cleaning our plates with his bare hands….Transferring our half eaten food to another plate infront of us. Then shortly later brought us out out mains with cutlery using his oily hands, such a turn off we couldn’t eat. Not an experience I ever want to re live

   Tonight was a busy night and I think they had a staff change so Service wasn’t as great as normal, but I’ll keep going here because it’s a great place. sometimes you can’t always score a 10 out of 10

   This is the second time we came for brunch in one week. We have always have a had a great experiences at all 5 Bay Area RH Restaurants, however, the last two times at RH Palo Alto has been epic. Our server Daniel is a great server and delivered great hospitality! Will definitely be back soon…

    Had a lovely brunch on a sunny spring Saturday. Seems like if you have reservations before 11:30 the restaurant is only moderately busy. After 11:30 the crowd and line was starting to feel overly crowded. So I recommend earlier is better. Avocado toast, bacon, Swedish pancakes, strawberries and cream. All so fresh and perfectly seasoned.
