   My family and I decided to do a celebratory brunch for my mom’s birthday. We checked in and immediately we were sat, all of the staff were very attentive and extremely polite. This is my second visit to RH Rooftop restaurant and every visit gets better. The ambiance is very beautiful and relaxing, the lighting is perfect the water feature is very elegant and refreshing. The food was very delicious, everything was cooked to perfection. Thank you RH my mom had an amazing time. I can’t wait for my next visit.

   Food and drinks were good. Our waitress was nice and helpful but there was a woman on the first floor who greeted us with a nasty attitude and kept giving my friends and I dirty looks.

   The vibe is cool and fancy, good environment to dine in. Food is okay, could be a good place to meet up with friends or for date.

   The waiters are in abundance or never to be found. They clear dishes while you are eating and give the check while still eating. The room is beautiful Some of the food is very good and some is only average, even a little disappointing

   The atmosphere is nice though very noisy. Service is OK. We had burrata and shrimp as an appetizer and both were very delicious. Their steak though was very disappointing. Both myself and my son ordered medium rare steak. Mine arrived medium well done, his was rare to raw.

   My second time back within a month, and the experience was not as good as my first time here. Arrived 15 mins early for our reservation- was told to wait and they would text us when the table was ready. They never texted us. When I walked back up at the reservation time we were sat at a table which had been empty the entire time. (Also observed another couple having the same experience with no text message) don’t say you’re going to text when the table is ready and then not do it…so strange. Also the main host had no smile and was not friendly. The server was excellent- not her fault but the beer we wanted they didn’t have…and they only offer a handful of choices. A second server came to take our drink order after we had already placed it… again with the disconnect. Crispy artichokes were ok but I’ll never order them again. Mini lobster rolls with caviar were as superb as the first time. French dip was large but not the best tasting I’ve ever come across. French fries were fresh but not exceptional in any way. The espresso in the affogato was excellent. Again the server was delightful and fun and sincere, charming; but the host staff turned away 3 small parties (2-4people) during our dinner when serval tables remained empty the two hours we were there so that seemed odd they would turn away business unless there were several no shows on reservations.

    I think it’s only noisy when the roof is closed. The service is lovely and the food is very good. Pretty setting. I love the thoughtfulness that went into the design. I will return
